Farosh delivers orders through trusted logistics partners, Leopards and PostEx, ensuring secure and timely delivery. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call and WhatsApp message containing your order and tracking details. You can easily track your order using the provided tracking number. The order status will be updated in one of the following six categories: Processing, Confirmed, Ready to Ship, Shipped, Delivered, or Rejected. When you first place an order, its status will be set to Processing.

 

During the Processing stage, our support team will contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your order details. Once you verify the details, the order status will be updated to Confirmed. After confirmation, the seller prepares the parcel and generates a booking, automatically updating the status to Ready to Ship. When the order is dispatched from Farosh, the status changes to Shipped, and you will receive a WhatsApp message with the tracking number for easy order tracking. Upon successful delivery, the status will be updated to Delivered. If you are unavailable at the provided address, Farosh will make two additional delivery attempts after coordinating with you and the courier. If the order remains undelivered after three attempts, our logistics partner will mark it as Rejected and return it to the origin.

 

For a smooth delivery experience, we advise buyers not to accept parcels with broken or opened seals. Additionally, we do not allow opening orders before making payment to the logistics officer, especially for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
